瞿佳，教授，国家眼视光工程技术研究中心主任、视觉健康全国重点实验室副主任、国家药监局眼科疾病医疗器械和药物研究与评价重点实验室主任、教育部近视诊疗与防控工程技术中心主任。任国务院学位委员会临床医学学科评议组成员、教育部高等学校教学指导委员会眼视光医学专业教学指导委员会主任委员、中国眼视光学专业委员会主任委员、教育部全国综合防控儿童青少年近视专家宣讲团团长等。
主持包括国家“973计划”项目（首席科学家）、国家自然科学基金重点项目等百余项，发表SCI论文近300篇，获授权发明专利近50项。作为第一完成人两次荣获国家科技进步二等奖。创办并主编《Eye & Vision》、《中华眼视光学与视觉科学杂志》和《医学参考报眼科频道》。
主编国家级规划教材《眼科学》及眼视光学系列规划教材。三次获得国家级教学成果二等奖。入选国家“万人计划”教学名师，获全国模范教师、全国优秀医院院长、卫生部有突出贡献中青年专家、浙江省首批特级专家等荣誉。
Professor Jia Qu is Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Ophthalmology & Optometry, Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Eye Health, Director of the NMPA Key Laboratory for Research and Evaluation of Medical Devices and Drugs in Ophthalmic Diseases, and Director of the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of Myopia.
He serves as a member of the Clinical Medicine Academic Review Group under the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, Chair of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Ophthalmology and Optometry under the Ministry of Education, Chair of the Chinese Committee of Optometry, and Head of the National Expert Lecture Group on Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Myopia in Children and Adolescents.
He has led over 100 major research projects, including China’s National “973 Program” (as Chief Scientist) and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published nearly 300 SCI-indexed papers and holds approximately 50 authorized invention patents. He has been awarded the Second Prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award twice as the first-ranked recipient. He is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Eye & Vision, Chinese Journal of Optometry, Ophthalmology and Visual Science, and Medical Reference – Ophthalmology Channel.
He has edited the nationally planned textbook Ophthalmology and a series of teaching materials on optometry. He is a three-time recipient of the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award.
In recognition of his contributions, he has been honored with titles such as National Teaching Master, National Model Teacher, National Outstanding Hospital President, Outstanding Young and Middle-Aged Expert of the National Health Commission, and Zhejiang Provincial Special-Class Expert.
